Terms and Conditions of Purchase
These terms govern purchases made on snaiko.store, SNAIKO's online store.
1. Seller Identification

2. Products
The essential characteristics, materials, dimensions, colors, and price of each product are shown on its product page. Images are intended to accurately represent the product, although slight color variations may occur depending on the screen used.
3. Prices and Taxes
Prices are displayed in the selected currency and include applicable taxes where indicated. Shipping costs and other fees, if any, are displayed before confirming the order.
4. Purchase Process
To place an order, the buyer must select the products, review the shopping cart, provide the requested information, choose the shipping and payment method, and confirm the purchase. Before finalizing, any errors can be corrected.
A confirmation email will be sent after the order is placed. The purchase is subject to product availability and successful payment authorization.
5. Payment
Payment methods displayed during checkout are accepted. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. SNAIKO does not store complete bank card details.
6. Availability and Cancellation
If a product is unavailable after an order is placed, the buyer will be informed and the corresponding amount refunded without undue delay.
SNAIKO may cancel orders affected by obvious pricing errors, reasonable suspicion of fraud, inability to collect payment, or lack of availability, refunding the amounts paid.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping destinations, delivery times, and prices are detailed in the Shipping Policy. The buyer must provide a correct and complete address.
The risk of loss or damage passes when the buyer, or a third party designated by the buyer other than the carrier, physically receives the order.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without needing to justify their decision.
To exercise this right, they must send an unequivocal statement to tmsnaiko@gmail.com.
The direct costs of return shipping due to withdrawal will be borne by the buyer, unless SNAIKO expressly indicates otherwise or has not previously informed them of this cost.
The buyer will only be liable for any diminished value caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal will not apply in legally stipulated cases, including personalized products or sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed, provided that the exception is actually applicable to the product.
10. Defective or Incorrect Products
If the product arrives defective, damaged, or does not match the order, the buyer must contact tmsnaiko@gmail.com and include the order number and clear photographs. When the issue is attributable to SNAIKO, the return or replacement will be free of charge to the customer.
11. Legal Guarantee
New products sold to consumers in Spain are covered by the applicable legal guarantee. During this period, the consumer may request the legally provided remedies in case of non-conformity.
12. Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed. In case of withdrawal, the refund will be made without undue delay and within the legal timeframe, and may be withheld until the products are received or proof of their return is provided.

14. Intellectual Property
Purchasing a product does not grant any rights to the SNAIKO brand, its designs, photographs, or content.
15. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits the inalienable rights of consumers and users. SNAIKO is not liable for damages resulting from use contrary to the instructions, normal wear and tear, improper use, or modifications made by third parties.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This contract is governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute with a consumer, the courts determined by applicable law shall have jurisdiction.
